Last Saturday we went to Bates Nut Farm, out in Valley Center. It just so happened to be the same weekend as an Arts & Crafts show, so it was really crowded! We had a great time meeting up with our friends from Growth Group and picking out pumpkins together.
We took some cute photos of the boys picking out pumpkins & feeding the animals. Micah really loved seeing the animals... especially the sheep. He just leaned over, and laughed at them in pure joy! I imagine he was thinking they were really big, live teddy bears, or something... :)
And we took some great photos of the kids together (not all were pictured below). Its hard getting a group shot of many kids together, but we tried! Love these friends!
Then after the pumpkin patch, it was off to Cardiff to watch our nephew's soccer game. He played forward for the first half, then the coach put him in as goalie for the second half. He did a great job playing, and we were all so proud of Stryder!
