The train ride was smooth, scenic and quick! Sam loved looking at the "wabes" (waves) in the ocean on the way down. He also received a fun cardboard Coaster train from the ticket-checker man.

This was the only shot we actually took in Old Town. This was in an old schoolhouse, built in 1865, I believe. What a good little student Sam was! We also went to eat at Casa de Guadalajara for lunch. Loved their homemade tortillas! Mmmmm.....

What a fun trip! Evan is jealous. Wish we lived closer and could go see choo choo's together. We are with you in spirit. Love you guys! P.S. Remember how you asked how we got Evan to wear those flip flops...he actually was in love with them because they had Cars on them, maybe try some Thomas ones. Just a thought. :)
So fun :) Good idea to take a train ride, think we might have o do that too some time! Casa de Guadelajara used to be "our" restaurant - spent anniversaries there, and ate there the day josh proposed. Good food :) Mmm, making me hungry!
