Here's proof that Sammy *finally* agreed to put on Big Boy underwear! (Boxer Brief style... he's got the regular kind too, but we haven't gotten that far yet!) I didn't ever think this day would come... most kids are so excited to wear big boy underwear, but not Sammy! It took about 3+ weeks of introducing him to them, and today was the big day! :)
Another big YAY for today was we've had 2 successful pees on the potty! I'm honestly surprising myself that we are even continuing the potty training into week 2, but we've seen some real improvement in him lately and I've got a feeling that this might be a good week! :)
p.s. - that wet mark on his shirt is just a spill from his juice... :)

way to go, sam sam!! you know, boxer briefs are the way to go - they offer much more coverage and are reminiscent of shorts both in style and in cut. because of this similarity, many say they are quite comfortable. sounds like sammy agrees!
Yeah, Big Boy Sammy! Grammy is so proud of you!!! Keep earning those stickers so you can show me when I come to see you. Grammy has folded a lot of boys underwear through the years and in my opinion Uncle Adam has the best selection of styles. You can ask him for comfort advice if you aren't down with the boxer briefs. Just stay away from bikini types however, those scare Grammy!
