Yesterday morning was a little too wet to go out and play, so we had some fun doing a little all-boy art project with 2 main ingredients: trucks + paint. :)
Sam loved "brumming" his cars & trucks in the paint, then across the paper
So fun! His artwork is now proudly displayed in his room. :)
Micah enjoyed his first ride in the little tikes car today. Sammy did a good job pushing him around the backyard.
Our little driver!
Today was a beautiful day to enjoy tea at the Pannikin with my mom, sister & niece. I've been wanting to do this for such a long time! I am so thankful that I get to live so near to them. I'm also thankful for the little bits of time during the week when my first little angel is at preschool, and I have just the second angel in tow. Here is my little cherub relaxin' with his cousin. I love these precious moments. So sweet!

So cute :) Love the car painting idea - doing that soon!!!
Jessica, how fun! Chrissie, you can totally "girlie" that car painting idea up for your darling daughter; I used to teach kindergarten art @ SFC, & used various car tire treads as "grass" along the bottom of the paper. I had the kids use motorcycles as flower stems. The project gets finished off with "flowers," which are block printings of entire (intact) end-sections of celery... they turn out looking just like roses!
Great ideas Jessica! Love it! Thanks for the girl spin on it too from your friend. :)
